Welcome to my new running blog! I'm Mark, a 40 something distance runner in upstate NY. In 2002 I fell in love with running & through the years have run races from the mile to marathon. In 2012 I broke 4 hours in my 10th marathon. In 2013 I ran at least a mile a day for 366 days. This year I'll attempt to run my very 1st 50K ultra-marathon.
